Our Story
What started as a passion for storytelling and reducing shame has evolved into a comprehensive approach to leadership development. Through our podcast Sincerely Shameless, we explore the power of vulnerability, grace, and acceptance in transforming both our personal and professional lives. But we knew there was more to the story.
Our research into organizational onboarding revealed a critical gap: leaders were managing transitions without understanding how to create true belonging. That's when everything clicked. The same vulnerability and grace that transforms shame in our personal lives also transforms how we lead others through their most crucial moments of change.
